The room served the purpose bed was easy to hop on( I have disability) but we did have a stranger knock on our door at 3a.m. Knocked several times was not really wanting to leave nobodies fault just scary moment. We didn't make it to the breakfast run. The distance was further than we expected but nothing major. Service was quick and efficient room was clean other Wyndham hotels that I stayed at offer lotion shampoo and conditioner this one did not no biggy just a warning
I was a bit worried when I read all the reviews but as soon as I walked in I realized that it was going to be a good hotel to stay in. Walked in to nice clean entrance area, welcomed by nice staff at the counter who checked me in no problem. We got to our room and it was perfectly clean and prepared for our stay! Everything worked there was no cigarette smell at all. Nice pool and beautiful scenery! I will be coming to stay here again when I come to Lubbock y’all keep doing a good job!
Was in Lubbock for 5 days my husband and I had a great experience. Very friendly staff plus had breakfast in the morning. Was very affordable and was more then good enough for our short stay. Thanks so much.

How is this not a 4.5 to 5 Star Hotel? Clean Rooms, Easy in and out, Breakfast too ! Some of ya'll expect too much lol ... 5-Star !!!! Will be back Again !! A+
It was exactly what I expected from a 2 star hotel in cleanliness and cost. The air conditioner worked great and we didn't hear a peep from our neighbors. People at the desk were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast isn't great but it was perfect for traveling with kids. Broken ice machine, limited towels, no free toiletries, green pool water. Best cheap rate hotel in the immediate area, pay more across the highway for slightly better accommodations.
It was a comfortable stay. I felt safe , and the three guys attending the front desk have customer service that we need these days. Hands upgor the guys, thank y'all
